Their premature birth came with many complications, including Paige going into an emergency surgery at five days old that she almost didn\u2019t make it through. Their parents Holly and Justin had to relocate from Humboldt County to stay with the twins during the first months of their lives, and they landed at Family House.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-15944\" style=\"width: 340px; height: auto;\" src=\"http:\/\/familyhouseinc.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image25-700x509.jpeg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u201cWe don\u2019t know what we would\u2019ve done if Family House didn\u2019t exist. We\u2019d probably be living out of our car.\u201d \u2013 Justin<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Throughout their stay, Holly and Justin have found support and comfort in the meals, meeting other families with similar stories and outings to baseball and basketball games. \u201cEven when you\u2019re down and feeling crappy, Family House keeps spirits up,\u201d said Justin.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Now eight months old, the twins have continued to grow stronger and hit developmental milestones. The Nally family is now coming to stay at Family House every other week, making the 6-hour drive from Humboldt to attend check-ups and physical therapy appointments.
